Cleven & Co.
Website proposal for Ross Colgate

Infinite Portals, and your research consulting site.

What we talked through on our call, what both sites include, and one fixed price for the two.

Prepared for Ross Colgate, Consciousness Cares, October 23, 2026. From Cleven & Co.
The draft you saw
The home page of the draft, at laptop size
The home page of the draft, on a phone

The draft I built before our call. It shows the feel and a working care plan. It is a demonstration of what I can build, not the finished site: its name, words and prices are samples.

Site 1: Infinite Portals

Five pages on infiniteportals.org.

1

Home

The invitation, "Discover your own portal of transformation", which opens your portal (next page), and your connect form for people who already know what they are looking for.

2

Shamanic Offerings

A callout for each: individual sessions, one-on-one intensives, ceremony and the shamanic residency. Some book straight onto your Calendly or Acuity calendar; others send you an inquiry first.

3

Death Doula Services

Your doula services, each set out clearly, with a way to reach you.

4

Referrals

The practitioners in your community, each with a headshot and what they do. The portal can recommend them too.

5

About

Who you are and why people can trust you: your PhD training in clinical research and your shamanic practice, and how the two blend.

Your logo, included

A black circle with an infinity symbol in the middle, and the banner "Infinite Portals by Consciousness Cares".

Earth and cosmos

The look bridges the two, built from your earthy and galaxy color schemes and the fonts you liked. You said the draft's colors were already close.

From the draft to Infinite Portals

The draft was built before our call, under a stand-in name and with its own eight pages. The finished site follows the five pages above, in your words.

Site 1: your portal

Discover your own portal of transformation.

1

One open question first

"What brought you here today?"

The visitor answers in their own words.

2

A few questions that follow from it

The shamanic path or the death doula path, then which of your practices fit what they told you.

3

A recommended self-care plan

Built from your services and your referrals, with the next step right there: book a session, or send you an inquiry.

AI-guided, or set questions

The AI-guided version runs on your own Anthropic account, a few dollars a month in usage, and I set it up. If it is not right for the first version, the same steps run on set questions with branching answers. I show you what works, and you choose.

The care plan in the draft
The care plan outline in the draft

In the draft, four set questions already lead to a first outline like this one. Your portal starts from the open question instead, if we go with the AI-guided version.

Site 2: research consulting

A clean, professional site for your research work.

For your academic and corporate clients, with an identity of its own. It is not built yet: I design it from your content, so nothing about your work is guessed. It is the simpler of the two, so it can go up first, well before your November 11 date.

Services breakdown: a clear section for each kind of work you offer, and who it is for
Case studies: your projects one by one, in your words and with your results
Publication record: your publications in a tidy, easy-to-scan list

Its own identity

A wordmark, palette and type of its own, so the two read as two different businesses. Included, like the Infinite Portals logo.

Everything included

Both sites, finished and live on your domains.

Design and build

Infinite Portals: the five pages, your logo and your portal with its self-care plan
Your research consulting site, with its own identity
Booking on your Calendly or Acuity calendar, offering by offering, and an inquiry form where a conversation comes first
Your connect form and inquiries sent to your email, so you reply from Outlook
Invoice payments on the site, connected to Stripe or another payment provider with an API, once you have chosen one
Reads properly on every phone

Setup and launch

Both domains and DNS set up, with SSL (the padlock in the address bar). No domain transfer needed, since you can reach your DNS settings
Basic SEO: a title and description on every page, and a sitemap
An editor for your own changes: open a page, change the words or a photo, save. The one I showed you on our call
Hosted on your own Cloudflare account, about $5 a month, paid to Cloudflare directly
A short privacy page on Infinite Portals, since the portal and the forms take in what people write
Fixes for 30 days after launch, at no charge, for anything not working as it should

How changes work

You send one list of changes. I work through it and send it back as a checklist: each thing you asked for, and that it is done. Each round takes 24 to 48 hours, usually two to four rounds, until you are fully happy.

Timeline

A first version to look at by Monday, October 26, or Tuesday, October 27. Both sites are typically finished one to two weeks after that, depending on how quickly your notes come back.

Yours to keep

The source code, your content and your domains are all yours.

Anything new

A page or feature beyond this list, like the upgrades down the road you mentioned, is a separate quote, and we talk it through first.

Left out, as we discussed

A blog. It only pays off with posts twice a week for six months or more, so we skip it for now.

Price and next step

One fixed price, and what happens next.

Fixed price, both sites
$1,588

Everything listed under Everything included: Infinite Portals and your research consulting site, finished, set up and live on your domains, with the logo and branding for both.

My usual rate for a bespoke, custom-built site starts at $3,000 when we engage directly from clevenco.com. It is lower here because I am building my profile on Upwork, where the whole project runs.

  • ✓A first version by Monday, October 26, or Tuesday, October 27
  • ✓Rounds of changes in 24 to 48 hours, until you are happy
  • ✓Domains, SSL and launch set up for you
  • ✓Fixes for 30 days after launch

Three milestones on Upwork

$588Funded when the contract starts. Released when the first versions of both sites are ready for you to review.
$500Funded when you release milestone 1. Released when both sites are finished with your changes.
$500Funded when you release milestone 2. Released when both sites are live on your domains.

You see everything first. Upwork holds each payment until you approve it.

What I need from you, once we start

To start, you only send the contract offer. After that:

1

Your content and references: the words you already have, your color schemes, the website whose fonts you like, and your case studies and publications.

2

Your referral practitioners: a headshot of each and a line on what they do.

3

Access to your domain settings: invite me as a contributor at your registered agent, so I can see how your domains are set up.

Later, closer to launch
4

Your Calendly or Acuity account, and which offerings book directly and which start with an inquiry.

5

Accounts in your name: Cloudflare for hosting, and Anthropic for the AI-guided portal if you choose it. I set both up with you.
